Westinghouse Can Sue Over CERCLA Cleanup: Judge

Law360, New York (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has issued an amended order in a Superfund case, allowing Westinghouse Electric Co. to sue for contributory payments for environmental cleanup, although the company itself has not been held liable under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act.
