High Court On Arbitration Of Discrimination Claims

Law360, New York (April 01, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- On April 1, the Supreme Court upheld the enforceability of arbitration provisions in collective bargaining agreements, which require employees to arbitrate claims under federal antidiscrimination law.
