Programmer Beefs Up Trade Secrets Suit V. Adobe

Law360, New York (April 02, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- ThinkVillage-Kiwi LLC has added claims of breach of confidence and common law misappropriation to its suit against Adobe Systems Inc. and Adobe Macromedia Software LLC alleging that the companies used TVK's confidentially disclosed trade secrets in a popular Adobe application.
