Law360, New York (April 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Reversing a lower court decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit has ruled that a former Baltimore police officer can sue his ex-employer for retaliating against him after he told a newspaper about the shooting by police of an elderly man in his apartment.
