Drug Co. Manager Pleads Guilty To Bextra Charges

Law360, New York (April 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Two months after Pfizer Inc. agreed to pay $2.3 million to settle allegations that it improperly marketed the now-defunct anti-inflammatory drug Bextra, a regional manager responsible for sales of the former blockbuster has agreed to plead guilty to distribution of a misbranded drug.

Branchburg, N.J.-resident Mary Holloway, 47, pled guilty to the one count of information misdemeanor in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Attorney's Office said Thursday.
