Sen. Proposes 2-Day Wait Period For Ticket Resales

Law360, New York (April 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Sen. Charles E. Schumer, D-N.Y., introduced legislation Monday that would impose a two-day waiting period from when sports and concert tickets go on sale to when ticket resellers can buy those tickets and put them on the secondary market.
