Law360, New York (April 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has refused to break off bad-faith-related claims from a dispute between Zurich American Insurance Co. and silver mine operator Coeur Rochester Inc. over whether Zurich must pay $7.4 million for losses stemming from a mine wall collapse.
