Insurer Must Defend Troubled Chicago Mall: Court

Law360, New York (April 07, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has ruled that General Insurance Co. of America has a duty to defend a Chicago mall in a suit filed by vendors angry that the mall was shut down for over a year due to hundreds of health and safety code violations and was later partially destroyed by a fire.
