Apptix Latest Dropped From VoxPath VoIP Patent Suit

Law360, New York (April 07, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Apptix Inc. has become the latest defendant to be dismissed from a patent infringement suit filed by VoxPath Networks Inc. to protect its Voice Over Internet Protocol technology.

Judge Richard A. Schell of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Tuesday approved the dismissal of all counterclaims in the suit with prejudice, affirming the stipulation and proposed settlement the parties submitted Feb. 6.
