H-2B Workers Seek Class Cert. In Oil Rig FLSA Case

Law360, New York (April 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two plaintiffs have moved for certification of a collective action alleging Rigstaff Texas LLC, a staffing service to the drilling rig industry, failed to pay overtime to dozens of foreign employees working as rig hands for oil field services provider Schlumberger Technology Corp.
