Bankrupt Polaroid Snaps Up Higher $73M Bid

Law360, New York (April 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After sending both potential bidders back to the drawing board, Polaroid Corp. has accepted a revised $72.6 million joint bid from Hilco Consumer Capital LP and Gordon Brothers Brands LLC, but the battle over who wins the bankrupt camera pioneer does not appear to be over quite yet.
