Law360, New York (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A patent owner has hit AOL LLC, Yahoo Inc., CBS Corp. and a slew of others with a suit alleging the companies infringed a patent covering Internet radio technology.
Zamora Radio LLC filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Thursday seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages for the alleged infringement of one of its patents.
