Law360, New York (April 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The lead plaintiff in a suit accusing the chef and manager of the Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group Inc.'s Park Avenue Cafe in New York of race and religious discrimination has moved for class certification on behalf of nonmanagerial employees who are Muslim or of South Asian or Middle Eastern origin.
