Obama Names 2 For Labor Posts

Law360, New York (April 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- President Obama has tapped two women for labor positions in his administration, one to head the U.S. Department of Labor division that enforces wage-and-hour laws and the other to oversee the agency that reviews fines imposed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

The president announced on Tuesday that Lorelei Boylan had been nominated to serve as administrator of the Wage and Hour Division in the DOL and Thomasina Rogers had been nominated to serve as chairman of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission....
