Dreier Unsecured Creditors Win Access To Exhibits

Law360, New York (April 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing the civil case involving alleged fraudster Marc S. Dreier has agreed to unseal a set of exhibits connected to the receiver's report, giving the unsecured creditors committee access to the documents previously under wraps.

Judge Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday granted the official committee of unsecured creditors' request to publicly file the exhibits in the wake of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission lifting its objection to the move....
