Teva, Glenmark Resolve Spat Over Coreg Patents

Law360, New York (April 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. have agreed to dismiss claims and counterclaims of patent infringement and federal antitrust law violations in a lawsuit over two of Teva's patents related to congestive heart failure treatment Coreg.

A stipulation of dismissal signed by Judge Garrett E. Brown Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey was filed Monday, bringing an end to litigation between the parties.
