Ex-Manager At Atlantic States Gets 41 Months

Law360, New York (April 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge that oversaw what the U.S. Department of Justice called the longest trial for environmental crimes it's ever prosecuted has hit an ex-manager at a McWane Inc. subsidiary with a 41-month sentence for conspiracy, making false statements to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and obstructing an OSHA investigation.

On Tuesday, Judge Mary L. Cooper of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey sentenced former Human Resource Manager Scott Faubert to 41 months in prison.
