Ex-Peregrine GC Gets Home Confinement, $20K Fine

Law360, New York (April 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Peregrine Systems Inc.'s former general counsel has been sentenced to spend six months confined to his home, cough up a $20,000 fine and spend three years on supervised release following his decision to plead guilty in January to having a hand in the accounting scandal that plunged the Silicon Valley software company into bankruptcy.
