Clorox Sues SC Johnson Over Executive Hire

Law360, New York (April 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Clorox Co. has filed a trade secrets lawsuit against S.C. Johnson & Son Inc. over the rival household-products maker's hire of a top Clorox executive.

In a complaint filed Tuesday, Clorox said S.C. Johnson, one of its direct competitors, had hired away Timothy Bailey, Clorox's vice president of product supply, the most senior executive in Clorox's product supply group, to take a similar position at S.C. Johnson.
