Pozen Sues Teva Over Migraine Drug ANDA

Law360, New York (April 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pharmaceutical company Pozen Inc. has sued Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., alleging Teva infringed two patents by seeking regulatory approval of a generic version of the migraine treatment Treximet.

The suit, filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, is the third suit pain-medication maker Pozen has filed in that court over the two patents.
