Law360, New York (April 29, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Google Inc. has once again found itself in the sights of U.S. antitrust regulators, this time over a settlement the Internet giant reached in 2008 with authors and publishers over the company's efforts to build a massive online library.
In October, Google agreed to pay $125 million and create an ambitious royalty registry for books to resolve a long-running copyright battle over its plan to digitize huge numbers of books.
