Crooked NY School Officials Stripped Of Benefits

Law360, New York (April 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A New York state appeals court has permanently revoked the insurance benefits of two former local school officials who pled guilty to stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the William Floyd Union Free School District on Long Island, ruling that under the “faithless servant doctrine,” they forfeited their compensation and benefits when they committed their crimes.
