Ex-Irell Lawyers Open Up Litigation Boutique

Law360, New York (May 04, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Three seasoned lawyers have parted ways with Irell & Manella LLP to jump-start a trial and appellate litigation boutique, and Paramount Pictures, CBS Television and other big-time clients have come with them.

Partners Richard B. Kendall, Laura W. Brill and Robert N. Klieger said Monday they had formed the Los Angeles-based firm Kendall Brill & Klieger LLP, which will concentrate on civil litigation and appellate matters, including intellectual property, entertainment, and complex contract, commercial and constitutional issues.
