The company is looking for financing for its 1 Seaport 60-story condo tower project, as well as for a phase of the redevelopment of a Long Island College Hospital site in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, the latter of which includes 17 condos and eight townhouses, the report said. Fortis is hoping to procure separate loans with the same lender, according to the report....
