Market Rumors: JPMorgan, 1MDB, ICBC

By Chelsea Naso (January 15, 2015, 4:58 PM EST) -- JPMorgan Chase is said to have launched a $7.15 billion offering of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission-registered senior notes, including $1.15 billion of five-year floating rate notes, $3 billion of five-year fixed-rate notes and $3 billion of 10-year fixed-rate notes, Forbes reported Thursday, citing sources familiar with the matter. The offering would be the largest bank-sector offering since Bank of America placed $7.6 billion across four tranches in March 2014, and would be the fifteenth largest deal across all corporate sectors since the beginning of 2012, according to the report....
