Deals Rumor Mill: Engie, Motorola Solutions, KIC

By Benjamin Horney (August 18, 2015, 7:44 PM EDT) -- Engie, the French multinational electric utility formerly known as GDF-Suez, will sell more than $1 billion worth of stakes in Asian coal-fired power plants, Bloomberg reported late Monday evening. According to the report, Engie has already begun reaching out to potential suitors that may have interest in its 40.5 percent slice of PT Paiton Energy, Indonesia's largest independent power producer. The utility's 74 percent stake in the Meenakshi plant in India is also up for grabs, the report added....
