Real Estate Rumors: Oxford, Hickory Farms, Silver Lake

By Andrew McIntyre (March 1, 2017, 3:49 PM EST) -- Oxford Properties and British Land are in late-stage talks to sell London's so-called Cheesegrater tower and may fetch £1 billion ($1.23 billion) for the property, Reuters reported on Tuesday. If the tower sells for that price, it would be the second most expensive building in London to be sold behind the Canary Wharf HSBC tower, Reuters said. British Land owns half of the building, and in November, it said it had wanted to get £500 million for its share of the tower, according to the report....
