Law360, New York (September 22, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- After two recent acquittals, federal prosecutors have abandoned their fraud case against a former specialist at Bear Wagner Specialists LLC, one of a slew of individuals charged in connection with an alleged illegal trading scheme.
On Friday, prosecutors revealed in court papers that they were dropping charges against Kevin Fee, who stands accused of making improper trades for the Bear Stearns unit’s account at the New York Stock Exchange.
