Law360, New York (July 15, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A fugitive Credit Suisse Group broker facing trial over an alleged $1 billion fraud has been nabbed by authorities, prosecutors said Wednesday.
Julian Tzolov, a Bulgaria native who has been on the lam since May 9, also faces new charges of fraud, according to two indictments unsealed on Wednesday.
