Stanford Receiver Presses On With Clawback Push

Law360, New York (July 29, 2009, 1:01 PM ET) -- Undeterred by recent criticism, the court-appointed receiver in the fraud case against Texas billionaire Robert Allen Stanford is looking to seize over $800 million connected to the sale of certificates of deposit that are at the center of the alleged $7 billion scandal.
