SEC Combs E-mails For References To Debevoise Partner

Law360, New York (October 18, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Attorneys at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission are reportedly scouring past e-mails over concerns that a former associate director in the SEC’s enforcement division may have doled out special consideration to an insider-trading suspect and been repaid with a job at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
