Law360, New York (October 20, 2009, 12:50 PM ET) -- PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the administrator for Lehman Brothers International Europe, said Tuesday that it intended to file a $90 billion claim this month against Lehman's other units — bringing its total claims against the units to around $208 billion.
