Holland & Knight Seeks To Toss Nadel Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (October 21, 2009, 3:06 PM ET) -- Holland & Knight LLP is seeking to dismiss a malpractice suit connected to the firm's representation of alleged Ponzi schemer Arthur Nadel, arguing that the plaintiffs are unfairly trying to "pass the buck" for their own fraudulent conduct.
