Law360, New York (November 03, 2009, 5:28 PM ET) -- Bernard L. Madoff's accountant pled guilty Tuesday to nine counts related to his role in the imprisoned investor's Ponzi scheme, becoming the third person connected with the multibillion-dollar fraud to cop to criminal charges.
David G. Friehling, 49, entered his plea at an arraignment in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
