Law360, New York (November 06, 2009, 5:53 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ordered TD Bank NA to turn over all account records for South Florida law firm Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler PA, whose equity partner Scott W. Rothstein is accused of misappropriating millions of dollars in investor funds.
Judge Jeffrey E. Streitfeld of the Circuit Court for the 17th Judicial Circuit of Broward County, Fla., ruled Friday that the bank must turn over all the firm's records by noon on Monday. The bank intends to comply with the request, it said in a statement....
