NetBank Estate Supervisor Balks At Exec Bid For $1.2M

Law360, New York (November 10, 2009, 2:28 PM ET) -- The liquidating supervisor for the estate of bankrupt NetBank Inc. is opposing a motion for summary judgment by a former executive who claims the bank owes him more than $1.2 million in severance.

Lee Katz of GGG Inc., by special delegation from liquidating supervisor Clifford Zucker, filed a response on Monday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida to a motion for summary judgment by Russell Burdsall.
