Korean Court OKs Arrest Of Two Lone Star Execs

Law360, New York (November 16, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a surprise turnaround, a Seoul court has issued arrest warrants for two executives of American private equity group Lone Star Advisors Korea in connection with a probe into the firm’s 2003 acquisition of the Korea Exchange Bank, just weeks after denying prosecutors’ requests to haul the officials into court.
