Fortis-BNP Paribas Merger Upheld By Belgian Court

Law360, New York (December 08, 2009, 4:51 PM ET) -- More than 2,000 former minority shareholders of the defunct Belgian and Dutch financial services giant Fortis NV have reportedly lost their bid to halt the sale of a portion of the company to French bank BNP Paribas SA.
