Insurer Looks To Ax Some Of Commerce's D&O Suit

Law360, New York (December 08, 2009, 12:47 PM ET) -- In an effort to pare down Commerce Bancorp LLC's coverage dispute over legal fees incurred defending government investigations and shareholder suits, Continental Casualty Co. has moved to dismiss the claims it says relate to the bank and not to the directors and officers who are covered under the policy.
