Securities Plaintiffs Object To Refco Chapter 11 Plan

Law360, New York (December 07, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- The lead plaintiff in the class action securities lawsuit pending against bankrupt futures broker Refco Inc. has objected to the company’s reorganization plan, arguing that the plan gives preferential treatment to certain claimants.

RH Capital Associates LLC and Pacific Investment Management Company LLC have filed a formal objection to the plan in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
