Law360, New York (February 09, 2010, 4:39 PM ET) -- K&L Gates LLP has snagged global finance and restructuring expert Stephen H. Moller from Simmons & Simmons, marking the second partner the firm has picked up for its London office in 2010.
Before joining K&L Gates, Moller spent 11 years as a partner at Simmons in its financial markets group, the firm said Monday.
The veteran attorney focuses on banking and structured finance matters, with much of his work including restructurings, securitizations, distressed debt trading and over-the-counter derivatives. Moller also handles hedge fund-related and acquisition financings....
