Examiner Backed In Bid To Unseal Lehman Report

Law360, New York (March 05, 2010, 3:08 PM ET) -- The lead plaintiffs in a proposed securities class action against Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. have backed an examiner's bid to unseal a 2,200-page report about the bank's collapse.

In a response and reservation of rights filed Thursday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the lead plaintiffs threw their support behind examiner Anton R. Valukas' bid to make the report public, saying “the need for full disclosure of the examiner’s report outweighs the confidentiality of any information included in it.”...
