Examiner Fights To Unveil Players In Lehman Auction

Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 1:13 PM ET) -- The court-appointed examiner in Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s bankruptcy has asked for permission to reveal who participated in an auction for Lehman assets that allegedly resulted in a loss of $1.2 billion for the debtor, over the objection of CME Group Inc., which conducted the auction.
