Law360, New York (March 25, 2010, 4:02 PM ET) -- In a move that will bolster its 100-attorney strong Italian practice, DLA Piper had added a 19-lawyer corporate finance team from Simmons & Simmons to its offices in Milan and Rome.
The team is led by four partners: Nino Lombardo, Francesco Aleandri, Rodolfo Errore and Ernesto Apuzzo.
