Plaintiffs Seek To Revive Holland & Knight Ponzi Suit

Law360, New York (April 08, 2010, 2:51 PM ET) -- A putative class of plaintiffs who accused Holland & Knight LLP of omitting unsavory facts about Arthur Nadel in private placement memoranda the firm crafted for the convicted Ponzi schemer has asked a judge to reconsider her dismissal of its case.

Arguing that Judge Elizabeth Kovachevich's decision is at odds with a recently decided case in another jurisdiction, the plaintiffs moved for reconsideration Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
