Lehman Reveals Expected Creditor Payouts

Law360, New York (April 15, 2010, 6:23 PM ET) -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. has filed a disclosure statement for its Chapter 11 plan, estimating that its unsecured creditors will receive up to 14.7 percent recovery, with unsecured creditors of some other Lehman units receiving more.

According to the statement, filed Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, unsecured creditors of LBHI are expected to get up to 14.7 percent recovery, unsecured creditors of Lehman Commercial Paper Inc. are expected to get up to 44.2 percent recovery, unsecured creditors of...
