Ex-Credit Suisse Broker's Bail Revoked

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 1:38 PM ET) -- A federal magistrate judge has ordered the revocation of former Credit Suisse Group AG broker Eric Butler's bail while he appeals his conviction for conspiracy and securities fraud related to the sale of auction rate securities.
