Law360, New York (May 03, 2010, 3:46 PM ET) -- Private equity firm Oak Hill Capital said Monday it was set to shell out $570 million to snap up restaurant and entertainment chain Dave & Buster's Inc. from current owner Wellspring Capital Management LLC.
Oak Hill Capital said it planned to capitalize on opportunities to grow the privately held arcade-restaurant chain, which was founded in 1982 and operates 56 locations across 24 states.
