Law360, New York (June 16, 2010, 5:45 PM ET) -- HSBC North America Holdings Inc. has settled a patent infringement suit brought by Mirror Imaging LLC over electronic document retrieval technology, bringing a close to litigation that targeted nearly a dozen banks.
HSBC and several affiliates filed a notice Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, saying that they had resolved all of the plaintiff's claims and expected to file a motion for dismissal once the agreement was finalized.
