Law360, New York (June 25, 2010, 2:24 PM ET) -- Sky Technologies LLC has accused Accenture LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and several other professional services companies of infringing eight patents for computer systems designed to facilitate business negotiations.

The patent-licensing company's suit, filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, claims that the defendants have violated the patents-in-suit by using and selling systems that incorporate allegedly infringing software made by SAP AG.

Truro, Mass.-based Sky has a separate suit against the software company pending in the same court.
